Ingredients

    *Peppers, sweet red...............................1 large
    White Rice, short grain..........................1/2 cup
    Carrots, raw.............................................2...5-1/2"
    Onions, raw.............................................1 medium
    Tomato Sauce........................................3/4 cup
    Hot Pepper Sauce.................................3 tsp
    Lilydale Italian Turkey Sausage..........2 skinned
    Sage, ground..........................................1 tbsp
    Thyme, ground.......................................1 tbsp
    Water........................................................6 cups

Directions

Skin sausages and cook with diced onions in a fry pan until onions are opaque, dice up vegetables and combine all ingredients in a pot, bring to a boil then simmer for 20 minutes. Makes 6 - 8 oz servings.
