Ingredients

3 cloves fresh garlic,minced
About 1 1/2 pounds of cooked shrimp
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 cup Fage Greek Strained yogurt
4 Tablespoons cream cheese
1/3 cup instant mashed potatoes
3/4 cup Reduced fat 40-cheese Italian blend shredded
cheese by Sargento
1 tsp of Italian seasonings
8 oz. Smart tast Penne Pasta (2 oz. per serving)
Directions
Put on water to boil and cook pasta.
Mince garlic and saute in olive oil until tender and golden brown. Add shrimp and toss in oil and garlic. If the shrimp was frozen you will have plenty of liquid, if not, you may need to add some filtered water, about 1/2-1 cup. When hot, add the cream cheese, Fage, instant mashed potatoes and herbs. Stir to mix thoroughly, then add the cheese. Turn on low when thickened. Serve over pasta.
