    3 oz pink salmon (Chicken of the Sea)
    1/2 Roma tomato cubed (small)
    1/2 dill pickle cubed (small)
    2 tbsp smart beat nonfat mayo
    dash pepper
    1 romaine lettuce leaf
    1 Deli Fresh Outdoor Roll

Directions

Makes one sandwich. Mix all first five ingredients. Place lettuce leaf on roll and fill with spread.
