This is great for breakfast or even for a summer treat! Whenever strawberries or bananas are on sale - STOCK UP! You can slice them & freeze for smoothies. Ingredients

    1 scoop *AdvantEdge Soy Protein Powder, Chocolate, 44 gram
    1/2 cup frozen sliced bananas
    1 cup frozen sliced strawberries
    3-4 packets of Splenda
    1/4 t. vanilla extract
    2/3 cup water

Directions

Blend frozen fruit, Splenda, vanilla and water. Add soy powder and blend until smooth.
