Ingredients

1 pound lean ground turkey
1 pound extra lean ground beef
4 cloves garlic, pushed through press
4 2/3 cups water
4 tablespoons Country Crock Light
1 1/2 cups 1% milk
4 cups potato flakes
1/4 cup flour
1 1/2 package frozen vegetables, any you like
2 tbsp. ketchup
2 tbsp. barbecue sauce
1 cup low sodium beef broth
1/2 cup shredded 2% cheddar
Directions
Put the beef and turkey in a large skillet and brown.
While the meat is browning, prepare the water, milk, garlic, and butter. Place in the microwave for about 7-8 minutes. Mix in the potato flakes.
When the meat is browned, add the flour. Let cook through for a couple of minutes. Then add in the broth, vegetables, ketchup, and barbecue sauce. Allow to heat through.
Place the meat mixture into a 13 X 9 inch pan. Top with the potatoes. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes. Add the cheese over the top and let melt.
Makes 12 servings.
