Introduction

i love macaroni with hot dogs and peas and corn and all that.....but its so bad for you so finding this was like a dream! Ingredients

    3 cups enriched skim milk ( Or regular skim)
    Annie's Naturals Organic Dijon Mustard, 2 tbs
    *Whole Wheat Flour, .3 tbs
    *Canola Oil no stick cooking spray, enough to coat bottom of pan
    white onion, small,
    Annie's Naturals Organic Worcestershire Sauce,1 Tbsp, .parsley, fresh chopped, .25 cups
    *Kraft Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 2.5 cup
    yves if you please meatless jumbo hot dogs, 1 package of 6

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain well but do not rinse under water.
2. In saucepan, sauté onion in cooking spray over medium heat for 5 minutes or until onion is soft.
3. Add flour, mix well and cook for 1 minute, stirring to prevent burning.
4. Remove from heat for 2 minutes and gradually add 1 cup milk. Return to heat and slowly add remaining milk.
5. Cook for 5—10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sauce is smooth and thickened. Add 2 cups cheese, (set 1/2 cup aside for topping), mustard, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, parsley and stir until cheese is melted.
6. Add pasta, Jumbo Veggie Dogs, stir and transfer to 8 x 8" baking dish sprayed with nonstick spray.
7. Top with remaining cheese and bake 30 minutes or until heated through.
