    Walnuts, 1 cup, chopped
    Sunflower Seeds, without salt, 1/2 cup, hulled
    Pumpkin Seeds, 1/2 cup
    Pecans, 1 cup, chopped
    Cashew Nuts, dry roasted, 1 cup, halves and whole
    Cranberries, dried, sweetened 1 cup
    *Blueberries, dried, 16 tbsp
    Almonds, 1 cup, whole
    Fiber One Cereal, 7 cup


mix all nuts and dried fruit together.
scoop 1/4 cup this mix into baggie or other portable container.
Add 1/4 cup Fiber One Cereal to the baggie/container.
Mix and enjoy!
Very satisfying!

**I mix and divide thw whole batch into baggies, and store the baggies in one large container in the pantry for a grab and go snack.

    From reading the comments, it seems the calories/servings are unclear. Perhaps the original poster could respond?? Sounds yummy though. - 9/23/09

    This is GREAT! I thought I followed the measurements correctly, however I only got 30 servings. I just refigured the nutrition and will try again soon, I'm sure. They are going like wildfire. Friends and family love them! - 9/19/09

    Tried this tonight - very good!! Hubby tried it and at first laughed but then was 'surprised' that it tastes so good 8-) - However, I mixed 'everything' together and put 1/4 cup into the snack bag. Does this make it 50 calories (1/2) or have I messed up the portions? - 9/11/09
