Ingredients

    100g brown rice
    0.5 red pepper, diced
    50g red onion, diced
    1 celery stalk, small, sliced
    1 carrot, small, diced
    2 radish
    2 tbsp sweetcorn
    2 tbsp kidney beans
    20g sunflower seeds



Directions

Cook rice, and allow to cool. Add prepared ingredients.

Add a dressing of your choice.
