Ingredients

Salad
2 packages of Mr. Noodle (Ramen Noodles - US)
1 cup slivered almonds
3/4 cup sunflower seeds
6 green onions
2 packages broccoli slaw (340 g each)
1/4 cup dried cranberries (Craisins)
Dressing
1 cup sunflower oil
1 tsp. pepper
4 tbsp. sugar
6 tbsp. white vinegar
2 packages chicken flavouing (from noodles)
Directions
In a jar, mix oil, pepper, sugar, chicken flavouring, and vinegar for dressing.
In plastic bag, brush noodles. Add almonds and sunflower seeds.
In bowl, put cole slaw and chopped onions. Add noodle mixture.
Add dressing and toss.
Makes approximately 16 one cup servings.
*Optional: Add 4 cooked chicken breasts.
*Optional: Use vegetable flavoured noodles for a vegetarian dish.
