Number of Servings: 16


    1 lb package frozen hash browns
    1 10 oz package frozen broccoli cuts
    1 10 3/4 oz can 98% fat-free cream of chicken soup
    1 8 oz package fat free cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
    2 cups fat-free sour cream
    2 tablespoons Promise Fat Free Margarine
    1 bunch green onions, chopped, tops and all
    1 red or green pepper, chopped (the red makes it more colorful)


Spray a slow cooker with nonfat cooking spray
In the slow cooker mix together hash browns, broccoli, soup, cheese, sour cream, margarine, onions and pepper
Cover and cook on high until hot and bubbly, about 3 hours

Yields 16 (1/2 cup) servings

    I left out the margarine (didn't see the point in adding any extra calories!) and this was delicious. My husband loved it and he's not even watching what he eats! Thanks :) - 2/22/11
