Ingredients

    Frozen chopped spinach, 1lb
    2 large eggs
    1 T olive oil
    1/2lb feta cheese
    1/4 cup chopped white onion
    salt and pepper to taste

    Thaw and drain the spinach. Squeeze out all the water. Mix all the ingredients together and bake 30 minutes at 350*.
