Introduction

Ingredients

    2 bananas, peeled
    2 scoops of Naturade Total Soy Chocolate powder (or your favorite brand)
    2/3 cup of blueberries (or 3 small palm fulls)
    8 strawberries, frozen (approximate 4 slices per strawberry)
    2-3 cups of milk

Directions

Makes 4.5 cups, 36oz. Combine all ingredients in a blender, adding milk last. For the milk I fill up the blender jar so that it is between 3-4 cups AFTER adding in all the other ingredients. Pulverize the ingredients at the highest setting. There should be no chunks left. Pour into serving glasses and drink immediately. Do not store/refrigerate leftovers, as the taste changes.

This could be divided into 4 servings, but I fill up a 24 oz bottle with this and share the remainder with my son. I also used sliced frozen strawberries from the local warehouse club. I count 2 little and 2 big slices as 1 strawberry.
