Introduction

Ingredients

1 package of Low fat Cream Cheese (I do not like the fat free variety, but you can use it to save calories)
1 cup Powdered Sugar
8 oz Fat Free Cool Whip
Fresh thinly sliced strawberries
Fresh Blueberries
1 Lite Graham Cracker Pie Crust
Directions
Combine Cream Cheese, Powdered Sugar and Cool Whip in a bowl and mix until smooth, but not too long or it will become too runny and not set right.
Pour mixture into pie crust.
Top with Strawberries and Blueberries (or substitute your favorite fruit)
Refrigerate for about 4 hours to set or Freeze for an hour
