Ingredients

    1/3 cup vegetable oil
    1-1/2 cups mashed ripe bananas (3 large)
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    3 eggs
    2-1/3 cups Bisquik baking mix
    1/2 cup splenda

Directions

Heat oven to 350. Grease bottom of pan with cooking spray, 9x5x3" loaf pan. Mix all ingredients in pan with fork until blendid. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 55-65 min. Cool and slice. (16 slices- 1 loaf)
