Ingredients

    Avocados (2, haas variety, diced)
    Tomatoes (4, roma variety, seeded and diced)
    Red Onion (1 small or half a large, diced)
    Cilantro (1 bunch, chopped)
    Feta Cheese (4 ounces, crumbled)
    Olive Oil (1/4 cup or less)
    Red Wine Vinegar (3 T.)
    Cumin ( 1 T. whole preferred, ground ok)
    Salt (1 tsp., kosher preferred)

Directions

How simple is this...
Chop the produce. Mix the ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate.
Serve with pita chips, tortilla chips or whatever dipper you like.
Makes about 3 cups, serving size estimated about 1/4 cup, Yielding 12 servings.
