Ingredients

    4 cups rhubarb, chopped
    1 cup brown sugar
    1.5 cups oats
    0.5 cups whole wheat flour
    0.25 cups butter

Directions

place chopped rhubarb into 4L corning dish
In seperate bowl mix together remaining dry ingredients for topping. Melt butter, add to dry ingredients and mix well. Add topping ingredient mixture on top of rhubarb. Preheat oven to 325 F. Cook for 1 hr.
