Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    3 oz frozen shrimp, chopped & thawed
    1 tbs grated carrots
    1 tbs chopped chives
    1 tbs Seasoned Rice Wine Vinegar
    1 tbs Soy sauce
    Powdered Garlic & Ginger to taste
    10 round wonton wrappers (3 1/2 inch diameter)

    Dim Sum Sauce (optional)

Directions

* In a food processor, blend all ingredients except wrappers and sauce.
* Place 2 tsp of shrimp blend in the center of the wrapper, moisten the edge of the wrapper, and seal the edges together.
* Place in a bamboo steamer or a metal steamer with the metal lightly oiled and steam for 10 minutes.
* Serve with Dim Sum Sauce or Soy Sauce (not included in nutritional information)
