Introduction

This is an old Weight Watchers recipe that my mom always used to make -- it's kind of sweet, sour and spicy. You can eat as much as you want for very few calories, and it's a real treat! Ingredients

    Tomato Juice -- one can
One medium head of cabbage, coarsely chopped
    One medium onion, chopped

    Water -- 2 cups
    White pepper to taste
    Salt to taste
Sugar Substitute -- liquid -- 4-6 tsp, to taste
