Ingredients

1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3 medium very ripe bananas
2 large eggs
1/4 cup canola oil
1/4 cup water
2/3 cup splenda
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1 cup rolled oats
2/3 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Mix flour and baking powder, salt and cinnamon together. In another bowl, mix bananas, eggs, oil, water, splenda, and vanilla. Beat until well blended. Add flour mixture and stir until it is moistened. Stir in oats and nuts.
Spoon 1/4 cup mixture into each muffin liner. Bake on 350* for 25 min or until toothpick comes out clean.
