Ingredients

    1 1/4 Cup Non Fat Milk
    1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp canola oil
    1 tsp honey
    dash of salt
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    10 almonds
    1/4 cup Quaker Oats
    2 Tbsp Amaranto
    1/4 cup Wheat Germ

Directions

Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend for 2 minutes. Place about 1/2 cup batter per pancake in medium hot skillet. Cook as desired.
