Introduction

Healthy Oatmeal Cookies filled with dried apricots, cherries, cranberries, pineapple, currants, blueberries and raspberries. These cookies may have calories but are full of complex carbs, antioxidents and potassium. Ingredients

    2 sticks Margarine
    1 cup Splenda
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp Baking Powder
    1 1/2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
    2 cups Oats
    1 1/2 cup dried 7 Fruit Blend (Member's Mark)

Directions

Cream together margarine and splenda. Add egg one at a time. Combine dry ingrediaents together and slowly add to creamed mixture. Now add dried fruit. Spread into a 9X13 pan or smaller if you want thicker cookies and bake for approximately 20 minutes. Or you can drop my spoonfuls and bake.
