    3 Yukon Gold potatoes, cut in quarters
    1/2 c unsweetened soy milk
    2 cups fresh green beans
    8 ounces mushrooms
    1 bag Quorn Meatless and Soy Free Grounds
    1 tbsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
    6 ounce can tomato paste
    1 tbsp worcestershire sauce


Preheat oven to 400. Steam potatoes for 15 minutes unti lsoft. Drain and mash them in a bowl with soy mlk. Set aside. Steam green beans for 7 minutes. In large skillet, cooke mushrooms. Add meat crumbles, and Bragg's. Stir in tomato paste and worcestershire sauce, add a small amount of water if necessary to combine the ingredients. Place crumble mixture in casserole dish. Spread green beans on top. Spread mashed potatoes on top layer. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 5 minutes or until potatoes start to turn brown.
