Ingredients

1 Roasting Chicken
Water
6 Celery Stalks
6 Carrots
2 Onions
1 Tbsp Thyme leaves
1 tsp Celery Salt
2 Tbsp Salt
2 tsp Dried Parsley
1 tsp pepper
1 package Kluski Style Noodles (16 oz)
Directions
Place chicken in a large stock pot. Add enough water to cover the chicken about 1 inch. Bring water to a boil, then reduce to low, cover and cook for 1 hour. In the meantime slice up the carrots, celery and onion. Once chicken is cooked through remove to a seperate dish. Add the vegtables and seasonings, except parsley and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes then add the noodles and cook for an additional 20 minutes. While vegtables are cooking remove, skin and bones from meat and cut into small pieces. During the last 5 minutes of cook time add the chicken, parsley, and pepper. I always add the seasonings to taste so the measurements are my best estimate.
