Ingredients

    6 scallops, thawed
    2 tbsp Zeta Extra Virgin Olive Oil Red Hot Pepper seasoned
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 oz Holland White Cooking Wine
    2 servings Heartland Whole Wheat Spaghetti

Directions

Take your thawed scallops, rinse and add to a hot pan with 1 tbsp of Zeta Red Hot Pepper EVVO. Cook about 3 min per side, or until done.

At the same time, take your Heartland Whole Wheat Spaghetti and cook as directed.

Once your scallops are done, remove from pan. Add 1 oz of Holland White Cooking Wine along with 1 tbsp of Zeta EVOO to deglaze the pan.

Once spaghetti is done, drain and divide onto two plates. Place 3 scallops on each plate and put 3 tbsp of deglazed liquid over it all. Add chopped chives (optional).
