    1.5 pounds diced chicken breast
    3-15 oz cans great northern beans (drained and rinsed)
    2 cups chicken broth
    1 cup chopped onion
    2 cloves minced garlic
    2 tsp Cumin seed
    1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves
    1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
    1-1/2 tsp dried parsley
    1 cup chopped bell peppers (green, red, or yellow, any combination)
    jalapeno peppers to taste (optional)


Combine all ingredience except the bel peppers and jalapeno peppers and blend well in crockpot. Cook on low for four hours. Add peppers and stir. Cook on low for one more hour.

Yields 8-1 cup servings
