Introduction

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    Kellogg's Special K Cereal, 1 cup
    Oats, 1/3 cup
    Kellogg's All-Bran Cereal, 2 tbsp.
    Sucralose (like Splenda), 2 tsp
    Great Value Instant Nonfat Dry Milk Powdered, 2 tbsp.
    Peanut Butter, smooth style, 2 tbsp
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Egg, fresh, 1 large

Directions

In a medium bowl, combine Special K, rolled oats, All-Bran, splenda, and powdered milk. Blend together peanut butter, vanilla and egg until smooth. Pour peanut butter mixture over dry ingredients. Stir until well blended.

Drop mixture by spoonfuls onto a wax paper lined dinner plate. Should be 10 "blobs". Use wet fingers to push mixture from spoon and shape. Microwave at high power for 1.5-2 minutes or until set. Allow to cool. Makes 10 cookies

    Very Good
    Really good recipe. Made these replacing the Special K with All Bran (I had no Special K in the cupboard at the time!). Also added a bit of cinnamon.

    Tastes really nice and is very filling!
