Ingredients

    3/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt (drain in coffee filter)
    1 1/2 tsp vanilla
    1/2 cup cocoa
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 cup brown sugar
    3 egg whites + 3 tbsp water
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    3/4 cup whole wheat flour

Directions

Cream the first 6 ingredients together. Stir in flour. Spread in a greased 8-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes.
