Ingredients

    English Muffin, 1 muffin
    Beef chuck, arm pot roast, 50 grams
    Garlic, 1 tsp
    Onions, raw, 1 slice, thin
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 large
    Olive Oil, 0.5 1tsp
    Magarine - Canola Harvest, 1 tsp
    Milk, 2%, 0.5 cup
    Water 1/2 cup
    Flour, white, 0.10 cup
    Pepper, black, 0.75 tsp
    Salt, 1 dash

Directions

In a pan sautee the onions ring and garlic in 1 teaspoon of Butter
When translucent remove and add slice mushrooms and milk
Let it simmer for a while and add flour paste
add salt and pepper and stir untill it thickens, place aside
Cut the English muffin in half
Place both the English muffins under the gril for about a minute
Spread the sauteed garlic on one half
Slice/shred the beef and place on top of the bottom half of muffin
Top that with the onion ring
Top with mushroom sauce
Close with the other half muffin.
You can add feta cheese or a slice of tomato if you like.
