Introduction

Ingredients

    2 Large Eggs
    2 Cups Sugar
    3/4 Cup of Self Rising Flour
    1/4 Cup of Cocoa Powder - unsweetned
    1/4 Cup of Buttermilk
    1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
    6 tbsp Margarine

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Spray pan with cooking spray.

In a large bowl mix together eggs, margarine, sugar, and cocoa.

Add the buttermilk and Vanilla and beat.

Add Flour to the Cocoa Mixture.

Pour mixture into prepared pan and back at 375 for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle of cake comes out clean.
