Ingredients

    1 pound extra lean ground beef
    1 pound 93% ground turkey
    1 15 oz can tomato sauce
    4 teaspoons taco seasoning
    2 tsp worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp prepared mustard

Directions

In a large skillet brown turkey and beef. Add tomato sauce and rest of ingredients. Lower heat and simmer 10 minutes.
Serve on whole wheat bun and add 2% shredded cheddar cheese, make sure you count the extra calories.
