    4 large eggs
    2 cups all purpose flour
    1 tsp salt
    2 cups skim milk


Heat oven to 450 '. Generously grease 18 regular size muffin cups with cooking spray. In a large bowl, beat the eggs slightly with a wisk. Lightly spoon flour into a measuring cup and level off. Add the flour, salt, and milk and beat just until blended. Do not over beat. Fill the greased muffin cups half full. Bake at 450' for 15 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 325' and bake 20 - 30 minutes longer, or until they are a deep golden brown color. While the popovers are baking, make the turkey newburg. This recipe yields 18 popovers, 2 per serving or 9 servings.
