Introduction

My favorite pasta salad made with sprouted pasta from Food for Life company. My favorite pasta salad made with sprouted pasta from Food for Life company.

Ingredients

    2 oz sprouted grain pasta, cooked
    1/2 cup fresh chopped broccoli (steamed if desired)
    1/4 cup diced tomatoes (fresh or canned)
    1 tbsp crumbled feta
    1 tbsp olive oil
    2 tbsp rice vinegar
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp dried basil
    sprinkle salt & pepper

Directions

Combine dressing ingredients in small dish.

Combine pasta, broccoli, tomatoes, and feta in bowl. Pour all dressing over pasta and stir. Serve at room temp or chill first. Enjoy!

Makes 1 serving. Make a bigger recipe of this and take it to parties... it's always a hit!
