QUICKIE for all those mums... the slow cooker does all the work if you leave it on an prepare maybe in the morning an throw it in about 3o'clock when your partner is due home. QUICKIE for all those mums... the slow cooker does all the work if you leave it on an prepare maybe in the morning an throw it in about 3o'clock when your partner is due home.

Ingredients

    Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, whole, no salt added, 1 can
    Basil, 2 tbsp

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 breast, bone and skin removed

    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped

    White Rice, medium grain, 2 cup

    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp

    Pureed Tomatoes, 1 cup

Directions

Cube Chicken and onion and throw in a preheated slow cooker in with a splash of lea and perrins worcestor sauce and of course to taste some salt and pepper... next add a handful of fresh Basil chopped finely and your can of tomatoes and tomato puree leave to cook for about 2 hours and your good to go (serve with a handful of cooked boiled whit rice)
