    Ingredients
    Boneless Pork Loin Roast, 20 oz - 1.5lbs
    Onions, raw, 1 medium, cut into slices
    Red Onion, 1/2 cut into slices
    Shallots, 1 tbsp chopped
    Carrots, raw, 4 medium, cut into bite size pieces
    Celery, raw, 4 stalks, diced
    Red Wine, 1/2 c
    Baby Red Potatoes 4, quartered
    Water, tap, 1/2 c.
    Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp
    Pompeian Pomegranate Infused Red Wine Vinegar, 3 tbsp
    Brown Sugar, 2 tsp packed
    Ketchup, Heinz, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Yellow Mustard, 3 tsp
    Texas Pete's Hot Sauce, 2 tsp (remove)
    Garlic, 2 cloves smashed
    Lea & Perrins Worchestershire Sauce, 3 tsp

Directions

Makes 4 servings.

place sliced white onions on bottom of crockpot. Lay roast on top. You can brown the roast if desired. Around the roast place celery, carrots, and potatoes. Top with red onion and shallots.

With the remaining ingredients, mix sauce to desired taste. Taste before pouring over roast. If you would like gravy, make a double batch of sauce.

Cook on high 3-4 hours or on low 6-8.
