Ingredients

Fresh tuna steak 3" thick (6-9oz)
Iceburg sald mix (1 serving 3 oz)
    fresh baby spinach (2oz)
    sliced avacado (Med 1/2)
    sliced cucumbers partial skinned (2oz)
    reduced fat cheese cubed (1oz)
    med olives (3-4)
    fresh cut thick tomatoes (2o-3oz)
    fresh mushrooms (3-4 then slice)
ken's lite accents mixed berry (10 sprays)
    white wine (1oz)
    lemon juice 1/2 lemon
mediterranian spiced sea salt (w/ garlic, basil, oregano)

Directions

I cut the tuna steak in 1/2 width way so I end up with 2 steaks 1 1/2 " thick.
Spice both sides with mediterranian spiced sea salt mix by McCormick.
Pre heat 1 oz oil oil to non stick pan
add 2 garlic cloves, (sliced) till almost browning
add fish, cook for 2-3 minutes...flip over
squeeze lemon juice over the cooked side and add 1-2 tbsp of white wine and cook for 2 more minutes.
wine and lemon juice will reduce to almost nothing.

Prepare salad mix, add spinach, cucs, mushrooms, cheese, place fish in the center. Add tomatoes, avacodos and olives around the edges.
Spray with the mixed berry spray from Ken's, go easy on this...it is 1 calorie per spray.
squeeze any left over lemon juice on top and serve.

enjoy!!
