    2 ½ cups fresh carrot juice (but bottled is OK if you can’t get your hands on fresh)
    ½ avocado
    ½ inch ginger
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    Juice of ½ a lime


Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until rich and creamy

  • This soup is amazing! It's the first raw soup i've tried- both tasting and making- and i'd say it is quite a success. It is creamy, savory, thai-like. It's nothing like a cooked soup, but makes me feel energized as i'm eating it. The flavors both blend together and really POP out at you somehow. - 3/11/10
