Ingredients
* Silver Palate Oriental Stir Fry Sauce, 1/2 cup
* *Peanut Oil, 2 tbsp
* Beef, top sirloin, 14 oz (cut into bite sized pieces)
* *Bok Choy, raw-shreaded, 12 oz
* Best Choice Broccoli Florets, 2 cups
* *Nasoya Chinese Style Noodles, 1 package
Directions
Put skillet or wok on highest burner at highest heat. Heat pan for a few minutes, then add peanut oil. Heat for a minute or two.
Cook noodles according to package. Set aside.
Add steak and cook until you don't see any pink (a few minutes). Make sure you move the steak around with a long-handled spoon or spatula because it will stick to the pan. Remove steak when cooked.
Add broccoli and bok choy. Stir for a few minutes.
Add stir fry sauce. Mix until everything is coated and sauce bubbles. Add back steak and stir. Cover and cook for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and add noodles
