Ingredients



    * Beef, round steak, 350 grams (remove)
    * *Potato, raw, 2 cup diced (remove)
    * Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    * *Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 1.5 cup (remove)
    * Beef stock, home-prepared, 1 cup (remove)
    * Green Beans (snap), 1 cup (remove)

Directions

Throw everything but the beans in a casserole dish, along with any herbs you like ( i use dried onion, garlic, chives, salt and pepper), give it a good mix up.
Bake at 180'C for one and half hours, stir the beans through 10 minutes before its finished.

Makes 4 serves (each about 220 calories)

Serve with chunks Damper.
