I whipped up this pie one day when I wanted to invite neighbors over for coffee and dessert. It doesn't take much more time than just making pudding. It's a light summer dessert. Ingredients

    1 Reduced Fat Graham Pie Crust
    1 Small Box of Jello Banana Cream Pudding
    1 8oz container of Cool Whip Lite
    1 cup of 2% milk
    1 large banana

Directions

Mix pudding with milk until pudding is blended in. Fold in cool whip. Slice banana and layer on bottom of pie crust. Pour pudding mixture into pie crust. Chill
