Ingredients

    400 g hake fillets
    15 ml (1 tbls) lemon juice
    15 ml (1 tbls) lemon peal, grated
    50 ml dry bread crumbs
    30 ml (2 tbls) sesame seeds
    1 egg
    5 ml (1 tsp) crushed garlic
    30 ml (2 tbls) melted margarine
    10 ml (2 tsp) fish spice
    5 ml (1 tsp) lemon pepper

Directions

Place fish in a dish and add half of the lemon juice and marinate for 10 minutes.
Mix together the bread crumbs, sesame seeds, lemon peal and spices and spread out on a plate.
Dry the fish and coat with the egg and then in the crumb mixture.
Preheat oven to 295 degrees.
Drizzel melted margarine over fish and place in oven for app. 20 minutes.
Serves 4

    Incredible!
    Nice. I'd toast the sesame seeds before adding to the bread crumbs next time. I used butter flavor spray to make the breading and seeds adhere. I used Thyme for seasoning. The dish was a hit. By the way, what does your fish seasoning consist of? Thanks for sharing. - 12/5/09
