Ingredients

    2 Medium Zucchinis, sliced
    1/2 an Eggplant, cubed
    1 onion, sliced
    2 cups of sliced mushrooms
    1/4 cup of Balsamic Dressing
    1 tsp Garlic Powder
    1 tsp Summer Savory, dried
    1 tsp Oregano, dried

Directions

Mix all ingredients together well.

Wrap in aluminum foil, shiny side in, and put in oven at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.

Makes 4 1-cup servings.
