Ingredients

    1 bag of steamfresh brown rice
    1 bag of steamfresh mixed vegetables
    1 can of campbells 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
    6 oz of 1%milk
    onions optional
    garlic to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
    olive oil 2 tsp

Directions

microwave all the frozen items and mix the soup and milk together and heat. saute the onions and garlic in olive oil and then add the cooked vegetables to this and mix throughly. add the rice and soup mixture and portion into 4 containers.
