Introduction

Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    1 Stick Butter
    2 C Sugar
    3 Eggs (seperated)
    2 tsp vanilla
    4 C Flour
    1 tsp Cream of Tartar or Bakewell Cream
    1/2 tsp each Baking soda & salt
    1 C milk
    3 C Blueberries
    3 beaten egg whites (fold in last.

Directions

Cream butter, sugar, egg yolks and vanilla together. Add Milk & flour (alternating) til well blended. Fold in blueberries and egg whites (by hand). Pour into greased & floured 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
