Introduction

A sweet treat made from fresh fruit with a whole grain oatmeal topping. A sweet treat made from fresh fruit with a whole grain oatmeal topping.

Ingredients

    Filling:
    2 fresh pears (cored, peeled and sliced)
    2 fresh apples (cored, peeled and sliced)
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 Tbsp granulated sugar
    2 tsp granulated Splenda

    Topping:
    2 Tbsp flour
    1 Cup Oats
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    2 Tbsp packed brown sugar
    1 Tbsp Splenda
    2 Tbsp margarine


Directions

Combine ingredients for filling and place into a baking dish.

Combine ingredients for topping. Sprinkle over filling ingredients.

Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 30 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
