Introduction

Ingredients

1.5 Lb pot roast beef chunks
2 Tbsps Olive Oil
1 Slice of Onion
2 envelopes Lipton Mushroom & Onion Soup Mix
2.5 Cups Water
1 Package Frozen carrots, peas, and green beans
1 3 oz tomato paste
Directions
Trim fat from beef, and chop into smaller pieces.
Chop one slice of onion into small strips.
Place olive oil in medium saucepan over medium heat. Add onions & beef - just to slightly brown the outside.
In Crockpot mix water and lipton soup mix, stir in tomato paste. Place Vegetables in strainer and run warm water to slightly defrost. Add beef & vegetables to crock pot.
Cook on high heat for 1 hour, and switch to low heat for remaining 3-4 hours. Or leave on Low heat for 6 hours.
Serve alone or over mashed potatos!
