Introduction

I just wanted a basic recipe and couldn't find one on here without soy milk or some sort of sweetener so I made one. I mix it up and pour it into my to-go coffee mug with a straw sticking out the hole and take it with me on those mornings I'm running too late to eat a real breakfast. Ingredients

    * Dannon Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt, 1/4 cup (I use the store
    brand so it's cheaper but it's basically the same thing.)
    * Milk, Fat Free, Skim, 1/2 cup
    * Blueberries, fresh, 1/2 cup
    * Strawberries, fresh, 3 large (1-3/8" dia), cut up
    * Ice cubes

Directions

Just throw it all in the blender & whip it up. Makes about 2 cups of finished smoothie, depending on how much ice you put in.
