Ingredients

    1 lb fresh crab meat
    2 slices low fat bread (toasted or dried)
    1/4 C chopped scallions
    1/4 C chopped bell peppers
    2 Tbsp sour cream (non fat)
    1 tsp dry mustard
    2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    2 egg
    2 tsp Old Bay seasoning

Directions

Lightly saute scallions and bell peppers until tender in olive oil. Toast/dry bread and crumble. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and gently fold together. Pat into 6 equal sized crab cakes. Saute in the same pan used for the scallions and peppers or broil in the oven.
