Ingredients

1 cup Bisquick Heart smart mix
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup skim milk
1/3 cup skim milk
1/3 tsp. baking soda
3 Tbsp. canola oil
3/4 cup Spleanda for baking
1 can (29 oz) peach slices in extra light syrup, drained
1 tsp. lemon juice
Vanilla reduced fat ice cream, if desired (not calculated)
Directions
Makes 6 servings
Heat oven to °. In ungreased 8" square (2 quart) baking dish, stir Bisquick and cinnamon. Stir in mmilk and oil with wire whisk or fork until blended.
In medium bowl, mix Splenda, peaches and lemon juice. Spoon over batter in baking dish.
Bake 40-45 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm with ice cream.
NOTE: If fresh peaches are available, use 4 cups sliced peeled peaches instead of the canned ones. Or, you can use a 16 oz. bag of frozen sliced peaches, thawed.
