Introduction

Made this up because I'm a big fan of quesadillas and had the ingredients handy. However, the sodium content is a bit high. But this is quick and easy! Ingredients

    (4) 10 inch Flour Tortillas
    (1) large boneless skinless chicken breast
    about 1 cup of Kraft Light Done Right Italian Salad Dressing
    about 2 cups of Fat Free Shredded Mozzerella Cheese

Directions

Preheat oven or toaster oven to 350* F. Prepare the chicken by cutting into bite sized cubes.

In a medium sized pan, place chicken and Italian Dressing into the pan.
(you probably don't need this much dressing, it depends on how much chicken. use your judgement.)

Cook until liquid is absorbed, stirring often. Set chicken aside and prepare a cookie sheet by placing aluminum foil over it (for an easy clean up).

Place four tortillas on the pan and sprinkle desired amount of cheese on them. Distribute chicken evenly on half of each tortilla, add any additional toppings you may want (you can add veggies, salsa, etc.)

Fold the tortillas in half and place in the oven for about 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and tortilla is crunchy and toasted. Check often to prevent burning.
