Introduction

Great all in one meal in a pinch! I throw this in the oven before working out, and when I'm done, so is dinner! Also leaves great leftovers. Great all in one meal in a pinch! I throw this in the oven before working out, and when I'm done, so is dinner! Also leaves great leftovers.

Ingredients

    brown rice
    chopped mushroom
    garlic cream of mushroom soup\
    lipton onion soup mix
    french fried onions (optional)
    mushrooms (your choice)
    chicken breast


Directions

add one cup of rice, the can of cream of mushroom soup (or the garlic version if you like), one can of water, and chopped mushrooms into a casserole dish. Next, add 2 chicken breasts on top. (Add more chicken breasts for more people, and double the amount of rice and water.) Finally, sprinkle the dry onion soup mix on top. Cook at 375 degrees for about 45 minutes or until rice is fully cooked. Last, for extra crunch, sprinkle french fried onions on top and cook for another 10 minutes or so.
